Return & Exchange Policy

This policy applies to all merchandise sold by Cameo China US Inc. and Cameo China Canada Inc.
(“Cameo China North America”). Requests that do not meet these conditions will be denied.
Definitions
- Delivery Date: The carrier-confirmed delivery date shown on the proof of delivery (POD).
- Drop-Ship Order: An order shipped directly to the end customer on behalf of a dealer.
- Dealer: An authorized reseller of Cameo China products.
Standard Orders
- Return requests must be submitted within ten (10) business days from the invoice date.
- If returned goods arrive within twenty (20) business days of the invoice date and meet all conditions, the 25% restocking fee is waived.
- Original, unopened manufacturer packaging is mandatory. Opened cartons, partial cases, mixed-condition cartons, or repacked items are not eligible for return.
- All return freight, insurance, and related costs are the responsibility of the distributor.
- Items damaged during return transit will be deducted from any applicable credit.
Drop-Ship Orders
Return Timeline & Restocking Fee
- 0–10 days from Delivery Date: Return request eligible with no restocking fee, subject to approval.
- 11–20 days from Delivery Date: Return may be accepted at Cameo China’s discretion and is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- After 20 days: No returns accepted under any circumstance.
Packaging Requirement (Absolute)
All returns, for any reason, must be in original, unopened manufacturer packaging.
This requirement applies regardless of cause, including but not limited to shipping error,
manufacturing defect, or carrier damage.
Items received without original, unopened packaging will be automatically rejected,
not inspected, not credited, and not replaced.
Authorization & Freight
- Return authorization is required before any product is shipped back.
- Clear, time-stamped photos and documentation must be provided for review.
- All return and exchange freight costs are charged to the dealer unless a Cameo China error is confirmed in writing.
Damage or Missing Item Claims
- All damage, shortage, or missing item claims must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of the Delivery Date.
- Claims must include photos of outer cartons, inner packaging, product condition, and shipping labels.
- Damage or shortage claims are not considered returns and are subject to separate review.
- Failure to report within this timeframe will result in claim denial.
Product Decoration Advisement
Cameo China guarantees its products only in their original factory-produced condition.
Any third-party decoration, printing, re-glazing, or re-firing immediately voids all
express or implied warranties.
Open-Case Policy
- Minimum Order: One (1) dozen per SKU.
- Items packed 1–6 dozen per case: 10% open-case surcharge.
- Items packed more than 6 dozen per case: No surcharge.
- Open-case orders are not eligible for drop-ship service.
Sample Product Guidelines
- Samples are provided for evaluation purposes only and remain the property of Cameo China.
- Samples must be returned or placed in an approved display within 30 days.
- Dealers are responsible for loss or damage to samples while in their possession.
